This puppy is in good health and free from communicable diseases, as far as it appears to the eye at time of sale. The Purchaser has the right to take the puppy to the veterinarian of their choice, at Their expense, within 48-72 hours of pick up. If the purchaser does not do this, they accept the puppy as is at time of sale.
ANY life-threatening disorder must be verified, in writing, by a licensed veterinarian and presented to me within 5 days of the vet check, and in case of death, along with necropsy results. Ear mites, worms, coccidia , pinched nostrils & umbilical hernias are not serious health problems if treated, and are not covered by this warranty. If the puppy is re-vaccinated before three-week intervals, this contract is null and void..
This contract is null and void if your new puppy receives a Lepto vaccine. This vaccine is dangerous, and could have serious side effects, especially with toy breeds. It is your responsibility to let your attending vet know, you don't want the Lepto vaccine.
Any evidence of neglect or abuse will also void this contract. NO REFUND,NO REPLACEMENT!
YOUR new puppy should NOT be socialized outside of the family, until he/she has a series of puppy shots. This would include at least three (3) shots to protect against communicable disease. A Vet record of its 48/72 hour checkup , plus up to date vaccines and fecal records, are required to be furnished directly to me, to validate this contract.
If you lose any of this info, its easily recovered by by your attending vet.
WE reserve the right to have the puppy/dog examined by our veterinarian prior to any adjustments
We do Not guarantee color or size of puppy at maturity. We cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or a female puppy at maturity and it is impossible to guarantee breeding success, show success, or house training. Contract is Null and Void, if pup is bred before 1 year of age.
We assume no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, allergy or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left our premises.. All records can be mailed directly to me and I then turn them over to my vet to evaluate.

We will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from different parents or 100% of your purchase price may be applied towards another puppy from the next litter. A necropsy may be required to determine the exact cause of death,at buyers expense.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to send seller copy of the necropsy report, if necropsy is required.
If illness occurs,dog is to receive immediate vet care and all prescribed treatment is to be followed as directed and recommended.
The puppy will not be replaced if it should die from conditions resulting from abuse,neglect,hypoglycemic conditions or accident.
DDS is to be notified 48 hours of the death. DDS is not responsible for any vet bills to diagnose or treat the puppy for any kind of condition after the purchase/pick up date.
All documentation , including registration documents & vet records, including vaccine records, must be provided to me, before the buyer can be placed on a list to receive a replacement puppy on the next litter.
